We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Captain to lead and manage our Sales & Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, overseeing daily processes, ensuring team productivity, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate the Sales & Operations team.
Monitor and improve sales performance to achieve company targets.
Manage daily operational processes and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Provide coaching, training, and support to team members.
Track team KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Ensure excellent customer service and prompt issue resolution.
Coordinate with management regarding team performance and business goals.
Requirements
Proven experience in team leadership, sales management, or operations management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
