Position: Field Service Engineer – Resident Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Field Service Engineer to be based in Chandigarh as a Resident Engineer. The candidate will be responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and technical support of Radiology Equipment, specifically Digital X-Ray Systems and C-Arm Systems. The role requires strong technical expertise, customer-facing skills, and the ability to independently manage service activities while coordinating with the Head Office service team.

Key Responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of X-Ray and C-Arm equipment.
Preventive maintenance and breakdown support.
Troubleshooting hardware, electrical, and software issues.
Customer training and technical support.




Preparation of service reports and documentation.
Coordination with Head Office for service activities and spare parts.

Requirements
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
2–8 years of experience in servicing medical imaging equipment.
Hands-on experience with Digital X-Ray and/or C-Arm systems.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
