We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and patient-focused Staff Nurses to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, monitoring patients, assisting doctors during medical procedures, and ensuring patient safety while maintaining professional nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the treating doctor.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
Ensure proper infection control practices and patient safety measures.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment, medication, and post-discharge care.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for effective patient management.
Prepare and maintain medical equipment and ensure proper usage.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide basic life support when required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned nursing station and patient care areas.
Follow hospital policies,



ethical standards, and nursing protocols at all times.

Eligibility Criteria
GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid State Nursing Council Registration (West Bengal Nursing Council Registration Mandatory).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night duties.
