Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role located in Jamnagar for a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring quality standards, monitoring production schedules, and leading a team of workers to ensure operational efficiency. The role also involves troubleshooting production challenges, maintaining a secure workspace,



coordinating with different teams, and driving improvements in production processes.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of production processes, manufacturing workflows, and operational efficiency.
Experience in team leadership, workforce management, and coordination.
Ability to identify and troubleshoot production challenges while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Understanding and implementation of safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
Solid communication and organizational skills to liaise with different departments and stakeholders.
Basic knowledge of raw material processing, preferably related to brass or sheet metal products.
Technical diploma, degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or relevant field preferred.
Prior experience in manufacturing or production, especially in the electrical or metal industries, is highly desirable.
