We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Diamond Jewellery Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in customers and handle phone inquiries professionally.
Promote and sell lab grown diamond jewellery while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the store's products and services.
Ensure attractive product displays and the safety of jewellery at the sales counter.
Follow up with customer leads to generate sales.

Requirements:
Experience in jewellery or retail sales is preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Willingness to work on Sundays and public holidays.
