Job Description:

A Wastewater Project Engineer JD involves overseeing design, construction, and operation of treatment plants, ensuring regulatory compliance (EPA/state), managing technical aspects (hydraulic modeling, equipment selection), coordinating teams (clients, contractors), and handling documentation (reports, schedules), bridging design with site execution for effective, compliant water/wastewater systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Planning: Assist in system design, equipment sizing, hydraulic modeling, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.
Project Execution: Supervise construction, installation, commissioning, and startup of treatment units; ensure adherence to design specs.
Compliance: Guarantee adherence to federal, state, and local environmental regulations (EPA, water quality).
Technical Support: Conduct data analysis, performance evaluations,



troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance.
Documentation: Prepare technical reports, project schedules, environmental documentation, and operational manuals.
Coordination: Liaise with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's in Environmental, Civil, Chemical Engineering.
Experience: Proven experience in water/wastewater treatment design, operations, or troubleshooting.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of treatment processes, regulations, modeling, solid analytical skills.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, teamwork, project management, attention to detail.
