The HR Business Partner is responsible for providing strategic HR support to the organization, partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to drive business results, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR initiatives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering and Stakeholder Management:
Partner with business leaders to understand business objectives, identify HR needs, and develop strategies to support business goal.
Support organizational change initiatives and drive cultural alignment.
Facilitate succession planning, talent reviews, and career development
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Drive employee engagement initiatives based on feedback and surveys.
Act as a cultural steward and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) values.
Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:
Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
Promote a positive work setting by addressing employee concerns in a timely and confidential manner.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Performance Management:
Support the implementation of Performance Management processes, appraisals and monthly reviews.
Coach managers on setting goals, delivering feedback, and managing performance issues
Attrition Analysis & Retention:
Track daily/weekly/monthly attrition trends for all cohorts. Conduct deep-dive analysis on reasons of exits and identify patterns by TL, manager, process and tenure.
Work with Team leaders/Managers to educate them on their role on controlling attrition.
Exit Management & Root cause analysis:
Conduct structured exit interviews and maintain accurate documentation.
Suggest specific business interventions to reduce avoidable attrition. Create and implement retention programs for critical resources.
