Job Summary
Coffee Culture, Bhavnagar is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Captain to lead the front-of-house team and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, a professional attitude, and at least 3 years of restaurant experience.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff.
Welcome and assist guests to ensure an excellent dining experience.
Take customer orders and ensure prompt service.
Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations.
Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
Train and guide junior staff when required.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or in a similar restaurant supervisory role.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
