What you'll do:
Develop and grow relationships with current and existing advertisers in the mobile space
Proactively initiate client meetings, identify business prospects, and close deals
Prepare customized commercial proposals and lead contract negotiations
Drive revenue growth by optimizing performance of existing partners
Analyze campaign performance, traffic sources, and optimize for better results
Continuously monitor mobile market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction

What we expect:
4+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Performance Marketing
Robust understanding of the mobile ecosystem (apps, MMPs, attribution models, key industry players)
Knowledge of traffic sources such as in-app, OEM, influencer, and programmatic,



including their advantages and limitations
Experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or ad tech industry
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing client relationships
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Data-driven mindset with ability to convert insights into actionable growth strategies
Fluent in English (additional languages will be an advantage)
