Plan, execute, and supervise civil works for transformer and substation projects (33 kV to 132 kV).
Coordinate foundation works for power transformers, control rooms, equipment structures, cable trenches, and associated infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor site activities, quality, safety, and progress of civil construction.
Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and project teams for smooth project execution.
Review contractor work, measurements, and billing.
Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and client requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Resolve site-related technical issues and ensure timely project completion.




Valuable knowledge of civil construction related to transformer foundations, switchyards, cable trenches, and control buildings.
Ability to interpret civil and structural drawings.
Familiarity with quality control, safety standards, and construction methodologies.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
