Job description:
We are looking for a motivated Cloud Support Intern to join our Cloud Operations team. This internship provides hands-on experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure management, troubleshooting, and technical support. The ideal candidate is eager to learn cloud technologies and enjoys solving technical problems.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for cloud infrastructure and cloud-based applications.
Monitor cloud resources and respond to alerts and incidents.
Assist in troubleshooting issues related to virtual machines, networking, storage, and cloud services.
Support user account management, access control, and permissions.
Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures.
Assist with cloud deployments, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
Work with senior engineers to resolve technical issues.
Learn and follow cloud security and operational best practices.

Qualification: Any graduate.
Location: Pune.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
