Brief Job Responsibilities:
Prepare sales order in SAP.
Day to day customer support and complete responsibility for back end order execution and material receipt at customer’s end.
Follow up with customer for orders, payment, outstanding for all allocated customers.
Prepare work order and pass it on to factory for production.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business / Commerce / Engineering.
3 years’ experience in a similar role, specifically sales support and customer service.
Working experience in ERP, preferably SAP / SAP Business One.
Knowledge of Incoterms, modes of transport and trading.
