Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, policy communication, and offboarding for e-commerce clients.
Administer payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT), and coordinate with external vendors.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and culture-building activities tailored to remote & hybrid retail teams.
Support recruitment coordination — scheduling interviews, managing ATS, and maintaining candidate pipelines for e-commerce verticals.
Track HR metrics (attrition, time-to-hire, engagement scores) and generate monthly reports for client-facing HR leadership.
Ensure HRIS data accuracy, maintain employee records,



and audit compliance documentation for statutory & internal audits.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Dashboards)
HRMS/ERP tools (Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR)
Payroll & Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, GST)
ATS Platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter)
Employee Lifecycle Management
HR Analytics & Reporting
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Experience in E-commerce or D2C Sector
Preferred
Familiarity with India’s Code on Wages, OSH, and Industrial Relations Act
Basic knowledge of Shopify, Flipkart, or Amazon Seller HR workflows
Certification in HR Analytics or HR Tech (SHRM, HR Analytics Cert by IIM)
