Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced .NET Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of mission-critical enterprise applications. This role involves creating scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with organizational objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable systems, ensure security compliance, and drive continuous improvement, contributing to the organization’s growth and operational excellence.

Software Requirements
Required:
Extensive experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core (latest stable versions), including C# programming
Solid proficiency in SQL Server, including stored procedures, indexing, and database optimization
Knowledge of middleware technologies such as Kafka, EMS, Solace, or similar
Familiarity with development settings such as Visual Studio, Git, and Azure DevOps or Jenkins for CI/CD
Understanding of secure coding practices, encryption, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and data security standards
Preferred:




Experience with cloud deployment platforms such as AWS or Azure
Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes)
Familiarity with TDD (test-driven development) and profiling tools such as Visual Studio Profiler or JetBrains dotTrace

Overall Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure enterprise applications using .NET technologies.
Translate business requirements into technical designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
Write clean, effective, well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
Conduct system and code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize system performance.
Design and implement system integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions to support enterprise processes.
Support automation of deployment, configuration, and operational workflows within CI/CD pipelines.
