Requirements:
Experience in editing reels/short videos (Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
Strong knowledge of CapCut (transitions, effects, subtitles, hooks)
Ability to follow trends and create engaging edits
Basic understanding of storytelling & pacing
Should be able to deliver quick and consistently
Bonus:
Experience with social media content
Idea generation & script understanding
