Job description
Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, and digital platforms
Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients
Assist in negotiations and closing sales or leasing transactions
Maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
Update property listings and CRM systems
Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and promotions
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Prepare sales reports and performance updates
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
Robust communication and negotiation skills
Presentable personality with qualified attitude
Basic understanding of property laws and market trends (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
