Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator will support and manage the sales team by coordinating Pre-Sales ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining solid client relationships. This role requires excellent organizational skills, robust coordination abilities, and proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination:
Act as the central point of contact between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.
Coordinate daily sales activities, track progress, and ensure targets are met.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Excel.
Assist in scheduling client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
Support the sales team with documentation, quotations, and tender submissions.
Pre-Sales:
Understand client requirements and assist in preparing proposals.
Provide product information, technical specifications, and presentations.
Liaise with marketing to ensure promotional materials are aligned with client needs.
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting, dashboards).
Knowledge of building materials and construction industry practices.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
Qualifications
Graduate in Business Administration, or related field.
