Sales & Business Development
Generate new customers through telephone calls, WhatsApp, online enquiries, references, and field visits.
Identify potential customers in the construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, and building-material sectors.
Promote and sell construction machinery, concrete mixers, brick/block making machines, paver machines, testing equipment, construction chemicals, and related products.
Follow up regularly with enquiries and convert leads into orders.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Customer Handling
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Prepare quotations and explain product specifications, pricing, delivery, warranty, and payment terms.
Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with the technical/service team when required.
Take feedback after sales and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Field Sales




Visit construction sites, contractors, builders, dealers, manufacturers, government departments, and other potential customers.
Conduct product demonstrations where required.
Develop recent dealers and distributors in assigned territories.
Collect market information regarding competitors, pricing, products, and customer requirements.
Lead Management
Maintain proper records of all enquiries and follow-ups.
Update leads and customer information in CRM / Excel / Tally, as required.
Ensure that no enquiry is left unattended.
Follow up with customers until the enquiry is converted, postponed, or closed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
