Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in on-site
construction and structural engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day
to-day operations at the site, ensuring timely project completion while maintaining high standards of
quality and safety.

Key responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate construction site activities
Monitor daily project progress and maintain accurate records
Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment
Ensure compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and project plans
Identify and resolve in office issues effectively




Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to the management team

Qualifications & Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
2 to 4 years of proven experience in in office construction work and structural engineering
Strong understanding of quality control and site safety practices
Experience using construction management tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
