Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and retailers.
Generate new business leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
Visit customers regularly to promote the company's hardware products.
Conduct market research and identify current business opportunities.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and order closures.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and timely delivery.
Collect customer feedback and provide after-sales support.
Prepare daily visit reports and sales reports.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the hardware industry.
Solid sales, marketing, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Graduate preferred.
Salary & Perks
Salary: ₹30,000 per month
Petrol Allowance: ₹5,000 per month
