About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Manager to manage the company's financial operations, accounting, MIS reporting, budgeting, compliance, and cash flow. The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience and robust expertise in financial reporting, taxation, audits, and business finance.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure accurate bookkeeping and accounting records in Tally/ERP.
Prepare MIS reports, management reports, and financial dashboards.
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.

Budgeting & Financial Planning
Prepare annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.




Monitor budget utilization and perform variance analysis.
Support business teams with financial planning and cost optimization.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
Monitor daily cash flow and working capital requirements.
Prepare cash flow statements and forecasts.
Manage bank reconciliations and coordinate banking activities.

Taxation & Compliance
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
Coordinate with auditors during statutory and tax audits.
Ensure compliance with Companies Act and applicable financial regulations.

Business Finance
Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and operating costs.
Identify prospects for process improvements and cost savings.
Support management with financial insights for business decisions.

Required Skills
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
4+ years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
