We are seeking an experienced and hands-on DevOps with expertise in Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Python, Shell/Bash scripting, and SQL. As a DevOps Lead, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the DevOps team, overseeing the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our systems.

Responsibilities:

CI/CD Pipeline Design and Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Jenkins. Ensure best practices are followed for build, test, and deployment automation.

Infrastructure Automation: Drive the adoption of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles and lead the implementation of infrastructure automation using tools like Azure Resource Manager templates, Terraform, or similar technologies.

Scripting and Automation: Develop and maintain scripts and automation workflows using Python, Shell/Bash scripting, and other relevant languages. Streamline operational tasks, deployment processes,



and infrastructure management through automation.

Monitoring and Alerting: Define and implement robust monitoring and alerting systems using tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, or ELK stack. Establish proactive monitoring practices to detect and address performance issues and ensure high system availability.

Release Management: Collaborate with development teams to establish effective release management processes. Coordinate software releases, version control, release tagging, and release notes documentation.

Troubleshooting and Support: Lead troubleshooting efforts for production issues and provide technical support to development and operations teams. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize future incidents.
