ACV is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for Capital products that enable dealer financing, floorplan management, and related financial workflows across the ACV platform.
This role is focused on building and operating reliable, scalable software solutions that support critical business capabilities for dealers, lenders, and internal operations teams. The successful candidate will be a robust people leader who can drive execution, foster collaboration across Engineering, Product, Operations, and business stakeholders, and help teams deliver high-quality solutions in a predictable and sustainable manner.
We are looking for a manager who excels at developing engineers, establishing explicit priorities, and creating an workplace of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. Experience working on financial systems, transactional platforms, lending products, or other business-critical applications is highly desirable.
What you will do:
Lead and develop a team of software engineers responsible for Capital products and services.
Partner closely with Product Management, Operations, Risk, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve the dealer financing experience.
Drive predictable execution against team commitments, balancing delivery, quality, and operational excellence.
Establish explicit priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans aligned with organizational objectives.
Monitor and improve key engineering and business metrics related to system reliability, delivery performance, and customer outcomes.
Ensure software solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with ACV engineering standards.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Support production operations, incident management, and root cause analysis to ensure platform stability and reliability.
