Responsibilities:
Relevant experience of Order to Cash processes and insurance industry
Manage End to End Order to Cash processes and business acumen
Ability to meet outlined and expected standards of timeliness and accuracy in completion of work through prioritization of team tasks
Good Knowledge of SAP
Reply to general information requests with the accurate information
Creation and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
