Role Overview
As part of the Operations team, you will lead a team and drive financial oversight, process excellence, and solid control frameworks. The role requires a blend of analytical rigor, operational understanding, and leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities
Drive financial control and reporting across operational processes
Ensure robust governance, compliance, and audit readiness
Manage reconciliations, MIS, and financial data accuracy
Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team
Collaborate across functions including Finance,
Risk, Compliance, and Business teams
Who We Are Looking For
Qualified CA
4+ years of post-qualification experience
Experience can be from any industry
Proven experience in team handling / leadership roles
Strong understanding of financial controls, audit processes, and governance frameworks
Demonstrated job stability and continuity in prior roles
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and execution skills
