Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Contribution & Planning: Support the Director of Marketing in shaping global marketing plans, providing input based on campaign performance, market insights, and execution learnings.
• Campaign Oversight: Lead the coordination and rollout of global marketing campaigns across digital channels (paid, organic, email, events), ensuring timely and integrated execution.
• Performance Management: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (KPIs, ROI), providing actionable insights to optimize results and inform future planning.
• SEO / AEO / GEO Alignment: Support the implementation and ongoing optimization of global discoverability strategies across search, answer engines, and generative platforms.
• Product Marketing Support: Collaborate with product and sales teams to help refine messaging, support GTM initiatives, and ensure alignment with global positioning.
• Content Direction: Develop content and marketing assets ensuring alignment with campaign goals, brand voice, and messaging frameworks.
• Team Coordination:



Act as a day-to-day lead for execution, guiding Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with global stakeholders across product, sales, and leadership to ensure marketing efforts support broader business objectives.
• Market & Competitive Insights: Synthesize research and campaign insights to support positioning and marketing effectiveness.
• Marketing Operations Oversight: Ensure effective execution using CMS, marketing automation, and analytics tools, while identifying prospects to improve processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of marketing experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, cloud, telecom, or technology sectors.
• Proven track record in demand generation and pipeline growth.
