Job Role: Technical Project Manager
Experience: 12+ Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a solid software development background to lead end -to -end software project delivery. The ideal candidate should have hands -on experience in Agile project management, client communication, team leadership, and ensuring timely, high -quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end -to -end software project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects while managing scope, risks, budgets, and resources.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, dashboards, and status reports.
- Collaborate with cross -functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Drive quality governance, KPIs, and continuous process improvements.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into successful project outcomes.
- Minimum 5 years of Software Development experience.
- Minimum 4 years as a Software Project Manager or Delivery Manager.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Sprint Planning, and Project Governance.
- Experience in Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Client Management, and Quality Assurance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem -solving skills.
