We are looking for a Product Content Specialist who understands how traders and investors use a platform. The role focuses on making product features easy to understand, easy to use, and consistent across the app, web, and support surfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Own a stream in Product Content. Create and maintain in -app product content.
- Own support FAQs and support articles that reduce confusion and support tickets.
- Write product announcements and blogs. Create product walkthroughs and tutorials.
- Structure content using a What, Why, How approach.
- Translate product behaviour into clear user -facing explanations.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Designers, Developers, and Support teams.
- Identify areas where users get confused and fix them through better content.
- Maintain consistency across app, web, and support documentation.
- Write from a trader or investor perspective, not like a copywriter.
- Question unclear product logic instead of polishing vague messaging.
- Good understanding of FYERS products and offerings.
- Trading and investing context is a plus or ability to learn quickly.
- Strong written communication with a bias toward clarity.
- Structured thinking and ability to explain step by step.
- Comfort working with cross -functional teams.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
