We are seeking a passionate and energetic Phonics Teacher who can make early reading fun, interactive, and impactful. The ideal candidate should love working with young children and be able to create a joyful, safe, and engaging learning environment that builds strong literacy foundations.
Responsibilities:
- Teach phonics using structured, engaging, and activity -based methods.
- Develop strong reading, pronunciation, and spelling skills in early learners.
- Conduct interactive sessions using stories, games, songs, and creative activities.
- Adapt teaching methods based on each child’s learning pace and needs.
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and nurturing classroom workplace.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials in advance.
- Collaborate with the academic team for smooth curriculum execution.
- Support workshops, events, and center activities when required.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Certification or training in Phonics (Jolly Phonics or similar is a plus).
- Prior experience teaching early learners or preschool children.
- Educational background in Education, Psychology, or Child Development is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong understanding of child development and differentiated instruction strategies.
