The Senior Associate – Performance Marketing role involves driving growth for digital -first brands through data -led advertising on Meta and Google. The position requires a blend of analytical ability, strategic thinking, creative collaboration, and hands -on campaign execution. The role functions within a fast -paced agency environment, working closely with cross -functional teams to plan, launch, optimise, and scale high -performance campaigns across platforms.

Your broad responsibilities would include:
â managing client projects end to end including audience research, competitive
research,
creative research, campaign creation, ongoing optimization and reporting
â managing client communication directly to build strong relationships with them and
being able to explain the rationale for your decisions and getting their approvals on
plans
â doing cross -platform ads analytics and decision making from it to keep growing
each brand
â learning from other team members and sharing your knowledge with them to
create a high performance eco -system
â delivering growth and ROI to clients as per each brand's goals
â understanding what makes and conceptualizing high converting campaigns and
landing pages basis customer behavior analysis
â guiding clients on other channels of marketing that can improve their growth
continuously learning and becoming a top 1% performance marketer (yes, legit this
is a serious responsibility as a part of your job and we will help you get there).
