About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong exposure to project-based accounting, vendor management, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. Candidates who have previously worked with organizations similar to Hospertz India Private Limited or in healthcare/hospital project industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial summaries
Maintain project-wise accounting and cost tracking
Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and client accounts
Ensure timely GST, TDS, PT, PF, and other statutory compliance filings
Coordinate with CA, auditors, and tax consultants during audits and assessments
Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements




Monitor outstanding receivables and payment follow-ups
Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase orders, debit/credit notes
Handle payroll accounting entries and salary reconciliations
Support management with budgeting and financial planning
Maintain proper documentation and accounting records as per company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) mandatory
Com / CA Inter preferred
Solid knowledge of Tally ERP, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software
Positive understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting
Experience in project accounting and vendor coordination
Solid analytical and reconciliation skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work independently and handle deadlines
