Job Title: AI/ML Model Training Engineer (Foundational Models)

Job Description:
Design, develop, and train foundational AI/ML models using large-scale datasets.
Fine-tune pre-trained foundation models and LLMs for domain-specific applications and improved performance.
Build and optimize data pipelines, model training workflows, and evaluation frameworks.
Implement distributed training, hyperparameter tuning, and model performance optimization techniques.
Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Monitor, validate, and improve model accuracy, efficiency, and reliability in production settings.




Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and deep learning technologies.

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in training foundational models and fine-tuning LLMs.
Solid knowledge of Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and deep learning frameworks.
Experience with distributed training, GPU/accelerator-based computing, and model optimization.
Understanding of NLP, Generative AI, Transformer architectures, and model evaluation techniques.
3+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML model development and training.
