About the Role

The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for maintaining and elevating visual merchandising standards across all stores, ensuring a consistent brand experience while driving customer engagement and sales. The role requires a blend of creativity, execution excellence, and solid coordination with retail and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards across stores.
Plan and implement window displays, mannequin styling, product displays, and seasonal installations.
Ensure effective product placement, category zoning, color blocking, and assortment presentation.
Lead VM execution for current store launches, festive campaigns, promotions, and collection launches.
Conduct regular store audits and ensure compliance with VM guidelines.
Train store teams on VM standards, display maintenance,



and styling best practices.
Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Design, and Category teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Monitor store presentation, signage, and visual communication standards.
Track VM implementation through reports, photographs, and audit feedback, and drive corrective actions where required.

Required Qualifications
Graduate in Fashion, Design, Retail Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in Fashion/Apparel retail.
Experience managing VM across multiple stores is preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively.
