Job Profile Requirements
Drive sales and application development of Maintenance & Repair (M&R;) solutions within the assigned territory.
Identify repair, preventive maintenance, and equipment life-extension prospects across customer plants.
Develop techno-commercial proposals and recommend suitable repair solutions based on customer requirements.
Build robust relationships with maintenance, reliability, engineering, and operations teams.
Implement value-based selling and application-oriented sales strategies to increase customer engagement and wallet share.
Manage the sales funnel and coordinate with execution teams for smooth project handover and delivery.
Introduce current products, services, and applications across multiple industries.
Conduct customer visits, presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
Develop application case studies and contribute to business growth initiatives.
