Unlike traditional employment, this is a Project Execution Partnership Model, where The Home Construction brings the clients and projects, while our execution partners manage project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned turnkey construction projects from execution to handover.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
Conduct regular site inspections and supervise construction activities.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate procurement of materials and site resources.
Maintain daily progress reports and communicate project updates.
Ensure safety standards and quality control throughout the project.
Prepare snag lists and support final project handover.

Desired Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction, architecture, interiors, or project execution.

Professionals with an existing execution team or site management experience will be preferred.
