Job Title

Implementation-Project Principal SpecialistYou’ll support the delivery of implementation projects by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and working with internal teams, external partners, and customers. You’ll help ensure high-quality outcomes and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

You understand key business drivers and contribute to solving problems by identifying practical solutions and risks.
You work independently with guidance when needed and contribute to cross-team initiatives.

Specific accountabilities
You coordinate and support the implementation project team, ensuring collaboration between Amadeus teams, external partners, and customers.




You track project activities, including defining deliverables, planning timelines, and supporting resource coordination.
You monitor quality and risks, supporting identification of mitigation actions when needed.
You prepare and share updates on progress, risks, and costs with stakeholders, including the Program Manager.
You participate in customer meetings and governance forums to support alignment and transparency.

About the ideal candidate
You have experience in project coordination, implementation, or similar roles, ideally in a technical or customer-facing setting.
You can organize tasks, track progress, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
You demonstrate problem-solving skills and contribute to identifying practical solutions and risks.
You are comfortable working independently with guidance when needed, and collaborating across teams.
You have exposure to project plan
