Job Summary

The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth business operations, high levels of customer service, staff supervision, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments during the shift.
Lead, motivate, and support staff to achieve operational goals.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor staff attendance, shift schedules, and task allocation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Conduct opening and closing procedures as required.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor inventory, equipment, and facilities, reporting maintenance issues when necessary.
Prepare daily operational reports and communicate shift updates to management.
Respond effectively to emergencies and take appropriate corrective actions.





Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Management, or a related field (preferred).
2–5 years of experience in operations, hospitality, retail, or a supervisory role.
Previous experience in a Duty Manager or Team Leader role is an advantage.
