Industry: Manufacturing
Experience: 10–15 Years
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. An MBA in Operations/Production Management is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
Develop and implement production strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization.
Plan manpower, machinery, and material requirements for smooth production operations.
Monitor production KPIs such as OEE, productivity, rejection rates, downtime, and on-time delivery.
Ensure compliance with quality systems, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies.
Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, R&D;, and Planning teams for seamless operations.
Oversee preventive maintenance of machinery to minimize production downtime.
Manage production budgets,



control manufacturing costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop production teams while fostering a high-performance work culture.

Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
