PVR INOX is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Guest Service Associate to ensure the smooth and excellent functioning of our cinema. This role involves direct guest interaction, operational support, and maintaining high standards of service to guarantee guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth cinema operations at PVR INOX.
Handle guest assistance and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Manage ticketing processes and provide guidance to guests regarding seating.
Oversee food & beverage service and accurately handle cash transactions.
Maintain the cleanliness and overall ambiance of the cinema premises.
Provide premium hospitality service, particularly within Gold Class operations.
Qualifications:
Skills:
Robust communication and customer service skills, ability to handle cash transactions, problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills.
Education: Minimum 1-year Diploma in Aviation, Hotel Management, or Hospitality Management.
Attributes: Friendly, approachable, patient, detail-oriented, team player, ability to work under pressure.
Compensation & Perks:
Monthly in-hand salary of approximately ₹26,000–₹27,000.
Quarterly incentives up to ₹40,000 based on performance.
