Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team at a leading General Insurance company. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of insurance processes, with a particular emphasis on claims management. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to define business requirements, analyze processes, and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders, underwriters, and claims teams to elicit and document business requirements.
Claims Process Analysis: Analyze end-to-end claims processes, identify areas of improvement, and propose productive solutions.
Business Process Improvement: Map and optimize insurance workflows, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
Data Analysis: Leverage data insights to support decision-making, track KPIs, and measure the impact of process changes.
Documentation:



Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, process flow diagrams, and user stories to communicate requirements effectively.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
Solution Testing: Assist in creating test cases, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring that deliverables meet business needs.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant regulations in the general insurance domain and ensure solutions are compliant.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate the adoption of recent systems or processes.

Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience in insurance claims systems or operations.
Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO claims handling or ACORD.
Certifications like CBAP, CII (Chartered Insurance Institute), or equivalen
