JOB DESCRIPTION :

ABODE School is seeking for an experienced English Teacher with solid subject expertise and proficiency to effectively develop the essential language skills, additionally leading our literary program at ABODE, with a focus on nurturing creative writing skills among students.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Demonstrate child-centric behaviour and use positive language and interactions with children.
Develop and deliver engaging English lessons, aligning with the school's curriculum, focusing on key language skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
Monitor and assess student progress using formative and summative assessments, providing feedback and support for improvement.
Develop and implement effective teaching strategies, including differentiated instruction, to meet the diverse needs of students.




Leading the literary program and fostering creative writing skills among students.
Collaborate effectively as a team member.
Demonstrate robust classroom management and communication skills.
Exhibit readiness to learn and adapt to current philosophy.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English / Education.
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
2–5 years of teaching experience in Cambridge or international curriculum schools.
Certification in CELTA / TESOL / TKT (optional but desirable).
