Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Identify and secure new business prospects in residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Build and maintain robust relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and government departments.
Lead, train, and motivate the marketing and sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Conduct regular site visits and customer meetings to identify project opportunities.
Prepare and review quotations, tenders, pricing proposals, and commercial offers.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with the procurement, warehouse, finance, and project teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Develop marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand awareness activities.
Negotiate contracts and close high-value sales opportunities.
Review sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding customer payments.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings.

Qualifications




3–10 years of experience in construction materials, plumbing products, or project sales, with leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, PVC, UPVC, CPVC, HDPE pipes, fittings, valves, sanitary products, and construction materials.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
