Roles & Responsibilities:
Will be required meet & exceed revenue target engaging customers .
Explore business prospects and faster resolution time with appropriate close looping.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities & evaluate customer needs.




Resolving customer service issues and inquiries and later transitioning to pitching products and services basis customer profile and need analysis Job Profile
Interacting with Customers on video, in a qualified and friendly manner.
Performing customer service activities and initiatives across product segments.(Training will be provided)

Should be willing to work on a rotational roster
