MRD Technician
Maintain and organize patient medical records accurately and confidentially.
Ensure proper filing, retrieval, and documentation of medical records as per NABH standards.
Update patient records in the Hospital Information System (HIS) and maintain data accuracy.
Coordinate with doctors and clinical departments for timely record completion.
Support audits and ensure compliance with hospital policies and statutory requirements.
