Supervise and monitor all in office construction activities.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
Monitor material usage and verify quantities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Resolve technical issues encountered during construction.
Verify measurements and prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and work estimates when required.
Inspect completed work and coordinate handover activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
