About the Role

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Trainee with a passion for social media, content creation, and branding.

As a Marketing Trainee, you will work directly with the Founder to create engaging content, strengthen our digital presence, and support marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
Design social media creatives, carousels, banners, and marketing materials.
Assist in planning and managing the content calendar.
Write captions, blogs, newsletters, and marketing copy.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Research industry trends, competitors, and content ideas.
Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.

Who We're Looking For
Recent graduate or postgraduate (any discipline).




Comfortable speaking on camera and participating in video content.
Robust written communication and creative thinking skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a rapid-paced environment.
