We are looking for an experienced Genesys Cloud CX Developer with strong hands-on experience in building and designing enterprise contact centre solutions.
The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, logically design customer interaction journeys, and independently build scalable Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
Location is open to any major city locations in India. It is for a project in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and configure Genesys Cloud CX solutions based on business requirements.
Design and develop complex customer interaction journeys using Genesys Cloud Architect.
Build IVR flows, call flows, routing logic, and self-service journeys.
Configure queues, skills, routing strategies, and agent interaction flows.
Design and implement integrations between Genesys Cloud CX and enterprise applications.
Work with APIs, data integrations, and backend systems to enable customer journey automation.
Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting activities.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate requirements into scalable Genesys solutions.
Required Experience
Solid hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX development.
Experience building & designing Architect flows and IVR solutions.
Strong understanding of customer interaction journeys and contact centre workflows.
Experience with routing, queues, skills, and agent workflows.
Understanding of API-based integrations and data connectivity.
Ability to independently analyse requirements and design technical solutions.
Positive to Have
Experience with CRM integrations.
Exposure to Genesys Cloud APIs and Data Actions.
Experience with conversational AI, bots, or automation.
Experience with outbound campaigns.
Knowledge of contact centre reporting and analytics.
