Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to address challenges and optimize workflows.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Gen AI Hub.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovative software design.
Experience in application requirement analysis and translating business needs into technical specifications.
Ability to work effectively in a cooperative workplace involving multiple teams.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in custom software engineering.
Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear understanding among diverse stakeholders.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Gen AI Hub.
This position is based at our Chennai office.
