Prockured is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage online product listings, marketplace operations, inventory updates and order coordination.

Key Responsibilities
• Create, update and manage product listings on the company website and e-commerce platforms.
• Maintain accurate product names, descriptions, specifications, prices and categories.
• Monitor inventory levels and update stock availability regularly.
• Coordinate with purchase, sales, warehouse and operations teams for order fulfilment.
• Manage online orders, cancellations, returns and delivery-related updates.
• Update product and order information in Prockured's custom-built management software.
• Optimise product titles, descriptions, tags and keywords for better visibility.
• Review product images and ensure catalogue quality and consistency.
• Track pricing, offers and competitor listings.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on listings, orders,
inventory and sales performance.
• Identify and resolve listing errors, pricing issues and missing product information.
• Support promotional campaigns and other e-commerce activities.
Skills Required
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online product listing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of inventory and order management.
• Positive written communication and product-content skills.
• Solid attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good coordination, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn current tools and software.
