Job Title : Predictive Analytics

Roles & Responsibilities
Build and deploy predictive analytics models for business forecasting, risk analysis, and customer behavior prediction.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
Develop and optimize machine learning models for regression, classification, and time-series forecasting.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy ML models into production environments.
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model validation, and performance optimization.
Support AI initiatives involving Computer Vision and Generative AI use cases.
Create dashboards, visualizations, and data-driven presentations for business stakeholders.
Monitor model performance and continuously improve predictive accuracy and reliability.

Requisites
B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology,



Engineering, or a related field.
Solid expertise in Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
Experience with regression, time-series forecasting, classification, XGBoost, and Random Forest algorithms.
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Knowledge of the complete ML lifecycle, including data preparation, model development, validation, and deployment.
Exposure to Computer Vision, Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, or RAG is an added advantage.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools such as MLflow, Docker, or Kubernetes.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
